A simple and healthy way to cook cod fillets in the air fryer, resulting in a crispy exterior and tender, flaky interior.

For the Crust:
- 4 cod fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 lemon, sliced (optional for serving)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels and brush both sides with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried parsley. Sprinkle the seasoning evenly over both sides of the fillets.
- Place the cod fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is golden and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately with lemon slices if desired.
