Christmas Mint Oreo Fudge

A festive and creamy fudge made with white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and crushed Mint Oreo cookies, perfect for holiday treats.

  • 18 oz white chocolate chips (about 1 1/2 packages)
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups Mint Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8 x 8 square baking dish with foil or wax paper, leaving long pieces to hang over the edge of the dish, and spray with nonstick spray; set aside.
  2. Combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and salt in a saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Gently stir in crushed Mint Oreo cookies, just enough to spread cookie pieces throughout fudge.
  4. Spread fudge into prepared dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  5. Lift fudge out of dish using foil or wax paper, cut into squares, and serve.

Notes

For best results, use fresh Mint Oreos and avoid over-stirring to preserve the green mint filling. Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
