Triple Chocolate Fudge Turtle Cake

A rich and decadent cake combining chocolate, caramel, and pecans, perfect for special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a bundt pan and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add softened butter and mix until combined. Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
  4. Melt semi-sweet, milk, and white chocolate chips separately. Fold each into the batter until well combined.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool completely. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with chopped pecans.

Notes

For a thicker caramel topping, heat the sauce in short intervals in the microwave until it reaches the desired consistency. Ensure the cake is completely cooled before adding the caramel and pecans.
