For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups chocolate chip cookie dough
3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1 cup whipped cream for topping
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Press cookie dough into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
Fold in mini chocolate chips. Pour mixture over the cookie dough crust. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours. Top with whipped cream before serving.
