Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Creamy, rich, and packed with chocolate chips in every bite, this Chocolate Chip Cheesecake is a decadent dessert perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1 package cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, place the softened cream cheese, condensed milk, egg, and vanilla extract.
  3. Beat on medium speed until smooth and well combined.
  4. Sprinkle the flour over the chocolate chips and toss to coat.
  5. Dump the chocolate chips into the cheesecake batter and stir gently with a spoon.
  6. Pour the batter into the graham cracker crust.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until set.
  8. Let cool completely before adding any topping.

Notes

The cheesecake will be slightly puffy when first removed from the oven but will settle as it cools. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
