For the Crust:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
4 cups broccoli florets, steamed
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Arrange the steamed broccoli florets in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Layer the cooked chicken evenly over the broccoli.
In a medium bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and broccoli, spreading it evenly.
In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the top of the casserole.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
