For the Crust:
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Top evenly with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
