Cherry Pie Iced Tea

A refreshing iced tea with the sweet and tart flavors of cherry pie.

For the Crust:

  • 4 cups water
  • 4 black tea bags
  • 1 cup cherry juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh cherries and lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat and add tea bags. Steep for 5 minutes, then discard tea bags.
  2. Stir in cherry juice, honey, vanilla extract, and almond extract until honey is dissolved.
  3. Allow the tea mixture to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh cherries and lemon slices.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
