Cherry Cheesecake Dip

A creamy, sweet dip with the flavors of cherry cheesecake, perfect for parties or dessert.

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • Graham crackers, for serving

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Fold in the sour cream until the mixture is creamy and uniform.
  4. Spread the cheesecake mixture into a serving dish.
  5. Top with cherry pie filling, spreading it evenly over the cheesecake layer.
  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving with graham crackers.
