For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups baking mix (like Bisquick)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well incorporated.
  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
