Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Tender chicken strips seasoned with garlic and herbs, wrapped in a tortilla with melted cheese and fresh veggies for a quick and satisfying meal.

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss chicken strips with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes, until fully cooked and golden.
  3. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 20 seconds.
  4. Divide cooked chicken among tortillas, top with shredded cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes.
  5. Fold sides of tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap. Serve immediately with sour cream if desired.
