- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss chicken strips with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes, until fully cooked and golden.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 20 seconds.
- Divide cooked chicken among tortillas, top with shredded cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes.
- Fold sides of tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap. Serve immediately with sour cream if desired.
