A simple and delicious cheesy bread recipe that’s perfect as a side or snack.

For the Crust:

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, salt, and pepper. Brush evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the bread.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and slice into pieces before serving.

Notes
