A simple and delicious cheesy bread recipe that’s perfect as an appetizer or side dish.

For the Crust:

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic. Brush the mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the bread.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Sprinkle with dried parsley before serving.
