Cheddar Ranch Crack Dip

A creamy, cheesy dip loaded with bacon and cheddar cheese with ranch seasoning. Super simple to make and perfect for parties. This dip is low-carb, keto-friendly, and gluten-free.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 ounce package ranch dressing mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits or 6 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, add the softened cream cheese and blend for 1 minute with an electric mixer on low speed until smooth.
  2. Add the sour cream and ranch dressing mix and blend on low until mixed in completely.
  3. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and sliced green onions and mix on low until combined.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld together.
  5. Garnish with additional crumbled bacon, cheese, and/or sliced green onions if desired.

Notes

You can use freshly cooked bacon, precooked bacon, or real bacon bits. For reduced calories, use fat-free sour cream and turkey bacon. Can be made ahead by mixing the cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch mix up to a week in advance, then folding in remaining ingredients the day of serving.
