Caramel Apple Pie Bombs

Delicious bite-sized pastries filled with spiced apples and gooey caramel, perfect for fall treats.

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and finely diced
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well coated.
  3. Separate biscuit dough into 8 pieces. Flatten each into a 4-inch circle.
  4. Place a spoonful of apple mixture and a drizzle of caramel in the center of each dough circle. Gather edges and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
  5. Place seam-side down on baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Drizzle with additional caramel before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
