A creamy, sweet dip that captures all the flavors of classic cannoli in an easy-to-serve format. Perfect for dipping with cookies, fruit, or crackers.

For the Crust:

  • 16 oz ricotta cheese
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, combine ricotta and mascarpone cheeses until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips and chopped pistachios.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes
