Buffalo Chicken Roll-Ups

Spicy buffalo chicken wrapped in tortillas with a creamy filling, perfect for game day or a quick snack.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
  2. In another bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  4. Layer the buffalo chicken on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Drizzle ranch dressing over the chicken.
  6. Roll up the tortillas tightly, slice into 1-inch pieces, and serve.
