Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add ground chicken and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  3. Add chopped onion and garlic; cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and buffalo wing sauce.
  5. Add chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Serve hot topped with shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, and a dollop of sour cream.

Notes

For extra heat, add more buffalo wing sauce or a dash of cayenne pepper. This chili pairs well with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for a true buffalo wing experience.
