Brownie Ice Cream Cake

A decadent layered dessert combining fudgy brownies and creamy vanilla ice cream, perfect for celebrations.

For the Crust:

  • 1 box brownie mix (plus required oil, eggs, and water)
  • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions and bake in a 9-inch springform pan. Allow to cool completely.
  2. Spread softened vanilla ice cream evenly over the cooled brownie layer. Freeze for 2 hours until firm.
  3. Drizzle hot fudge sauce over the ice cream layer, then top with whipped cream and cherries. Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
