For the Crust:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan thoroughly.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Add softened butter, eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
