BLT Pasta Salad

Description

A delicious twist on the classic BLT sandwich, transformed into a hearty pasta salad with crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, and juicy tomatoes.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz pasta (rotini or penne)
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add cooled pasta, bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes to the bowl. Toss gently to coat everything in the dressing.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
