Big Mac Wraps

Delicious handheld wraps featuring seasoned ground beef, crispy lettuce, pickles, onions, and a homemade Big Mac sauce all wrapped in soft flour tortillas for a fun twist on the classic burger.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons grated onion
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon pickle relish
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 3/4 cup diced dill pickles
  • 3/4 cup chopped white onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Make the Big Mac sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, grated onion, ketchup, pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, and paprika in a bowl. Refrigerate until needed.
  2. In a medium skillet, cook 1 pound ground beef with half of the chopped onion over medium-high heat until beef is cooked thoroughly. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Lay tortillas on a clean surface and spread Big Mac sauce on each one.
  4. Add shredded lettuce, cooked beef mixture, remaining chopped onions, diced pickles, and shredded cheese to the center of each tortilla.
  5. Fold the tortilla edges toward the center, creating pleats, and roll tightly like a burrito. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
  6. Serve immediately for best results.

Notes

For softer, more pliable tortillas, microwave them for 15-20 seconds before assembling. You can make thin beef patties instead of crumbled ground beef for a more authentic burger experience. Store the Big Mac sauce covered in the refrigerator until ready to use.
