For the Crust:
- 3 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate egg whites and yolks into two bowls. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Mix yolks with cream cheese and baking powder until smooth. Gently fold into egg whites. Spoon onto baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
