Creamy White Chocolate Orange Mousse
- 180 grams white chocolate
- 3 tablespoons hot water
- 1½ teaspoons gelatin powder
- 4 egg whites or from 3 larger eggs
- 30 ml orange liqueur or orange juice
- 200 ml store-bought or homemade crème anglaise (if using your recipe, omit orange and cardamom infusion, and make half)
- Grated rind of 1 orange
- Whipped cream
