Barefoot Contessa Cranberry Orange Bread Recipe

  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • ¾ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups cranberries
  • Powdered sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F; grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and zest.
  3. Combine orange juice, butter, eggs, and vanilla; add to dry mix.
  4. Fold in cranberries and pour into prepared pan.
  5. Bake 50–60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool, dust with powdered sugar, and slice to serve.
