Barefoot Contessa Cranberry Orange Bread Recipe
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- ¾ cup orange juice
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1½ cups cranberries
- Powdered sugar (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350°F; grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and zest.
- Combine orange juice, butter, eggs, and vanilla; add to dry mix.
- Fold in cranberries and pour into prepared pan.
- Bake 50–60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool, dust with powdered sugar, and slice to serve.
