Bang Bang Shrimp Pasta

Description

Creamy, spicy pasta with crispy shrimp tossed in a signature bang bang sauce.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey to make the bang bang sauce.
  3. Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook shrimp until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp.
  4. In the same pan, toast panko breadcrumbs until golden. Remove from heat.
  5. Toss cooked pasta with bang bang sauce. Add shrimp and mix gently.
  6. Garnish with green onions, toasted panko, and a squeeze of lime juice before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
