Creamy, spicy pasta with crispy shrimp tossed in a signature bang bang sauce.

For the Crust:
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey to make the bang bang sauce.
- Season shrimp with salt and pepper, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss cooked pasta with bang bang sauce, then add shrimp and mix gently. Garnish with cilantro before serving.
