Bang Bang Shrimp Pasta

Description

Creamy, spicy pasta with crispy shrimp tossed in a signature bang bang sauce.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey to make the bang bang sauce.
  3. Season shrimp with salt and pepper, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy and cooked through.
  5. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Toss cooked pasta with bang bang sauce, then add shrimp and mix gently. Garnish with cilantro before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
