Bang Bang Shrimp Pasta

Description

A creamy, spicy pasta dish with crispy shrimp tossed in a signature bang bang sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Toss shrimp with cornstarch, salt, and pepper until coated.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy and cooked through.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice to make the bang bang sauce.
  5. Combine cooked pasta, shrimp, and sauce in a large bowl. Toss gently to coat.
  6. Garnish with green onions and cilantro before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
