Banana Split Dessert

Description

A no-bake layered dessert that captures all the flavors of a classic banana split in an easy-to-serve dish.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 34 bananas, sliced
  • 1 (16 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzling

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread over the chilled crust.
  3. Layer drained pineapple over the cream cheese mixture, followed by banana slices.
  4. Spread whipped topping evenly over the bananas. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
  5. Garnish with maraschino cherries and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
