For the Crust:
- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional toppings: butter, cinnamon, brown sugar, or marshmallows
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes thoroughly.
- Pat dry, then pierce each potato several times with a fork. Rub with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork. Serve warm with desired toppings.
