For the Crust:

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional toppings: butter, cinnamon, brown sugar, or marshmallows

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes thoroughly.
  2. Pat dry, then pierce each potato several times with a fork. Rub with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork. Serve warm with desired toppings.
