For the Crust:
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 10 small flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable. Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
- Place taquitos seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
