Baked Cream Cheese Chicken Taquitos

Crispy baked taquitos filled with creamy chicken and cheese, perfect for a quick and delicious meal.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 10 small flour tortillas
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, cumin, and chili powder until well combined.
  3. Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla and roll tightly. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  4. Brush the taquitos lightly with olive oil. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  5. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
