For the Crust:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon butter (for greasing)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with butter.
  2. Spread the cottage cheese evenly in the bottom of the dish.
  3. Crack the eggs over the cottage cheese, spacing them evenly.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the egg whites are set but yolks are still slightly runny.
  6. Garnish with fresh chives before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
