For the Crust:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon butter (for greasing)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with butter.
- Spread the cottage cheese evenly in the bottom of the dish.
- Crack the eggs over the cottage cheese, spacing them evenly.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the egg whites are set but yolks are still slightly runny.
- Garnish with fresh chives before serving.
