Baileys Chocolate Cheesecake Trifle

A no-bake layered dessert combining creamy Baileys-flavored chocolate cheesecake, chocolate whipped cream, and crunchy Oreo cookie crumbs for a rich trifle experience.

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
  • 2 tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for whipped cream)
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (for whipped cream)
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (for whipped cream)
  • 20 Oreo cookies

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and sea salt together until combined.
  2. Add 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream and continue beating until smooth and fluffy.
  3. In a separate chilled bowl, whip 1 cup heavy whipping cream until it doubles in volume and thickens.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar to the whipped cream.
  5. Continue beating until stiff peaks form.
  6. Crush Oreo cookies into crumbs and set aside.
  7. In a trifle dish or individual glasses, layer Oreo crumbs, cheesecake mixture, and chocolate whipped cream alternately.
  8. Repeat layers and finish with whipped cream on top.
  9. Chill the assembled trifle for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, use well-chilled heavy cream to achieve stiff peaks easily. Oreo crumbs add a crunchy texture contrast to the creamy layers. This dessert can be prepared a day in advance and refrigerated to enhance flavors.
