Quick 10-Minute Apple Pie

A speedy version of classic apple pie with minimal prep time.

For the Crust:

  • 2 pre-made pie crusts
  • 4 cups thinly sliced apples
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp butter, diced

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Mix apples, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  3. Place one pie crust in pie dish. Add apple mixture and dot with butter.
  4. Cover with second crust, seal edges, and cut slits in top.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
