For the Crust:
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 3 cups thinly sliced apples
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp butter, cubed
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Place pie crust in a pie dish, add apple mixture, and dot with butter.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until crust is golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
