A speedy version of classic apple pie with minimal prep time.

For the Crust:

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 3 cups thinly sliced apples
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp butter, cubed

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  3. Place pie crust in a pie dish, add apple mixture, and dot with butter.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until crust is golden.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving.
