- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Pour over crust.
- Toss apples with brown sugar and cinnamon; scatter over cheesecake batter.
- Combine flour, oats, and cold butter until crumbly; sprinkle over apples.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set. Cool completely before refrigerating for 4 hours.
