Description

A delightful fusion of creamy cheesecake and spiced apple crumble, topped with a buttery oat streusel.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Pour over crust.
  3. Toss apples with brown sugar and cinnamon; scatter over cheesecake batter.
  4. Combine flour, oats, and cold butter until crumbly; sprinkle over apples.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set. Cool completely before refrigerating for 4 hours.
