Amazing Baked Salmon

A simple and delicious baked salmon recipe that is perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner. The salmon is seasoned with lemon, garlic, and herbs, then baked to tender perfection.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon fillets.
  4. Sprinkle minced garlic, dried dill, salt, and pepper evenly over the fillets.
  5. Place lemon slices on top of each salmon fillet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For best results, use fresh salmon fillets and avoid overcooking to keep the fish moist and tender. You can also add a splash of white wine or a sprinkle of paprika for extra flavor.
