Baked Salmon II

A simple, healthy, and delicious baked salmon recipe that is easy to prepare and perfect for a quick dinner.

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, lemon juice, brown sugar, dill weed, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the butter mixture over the salmon.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until salmon is easily flaked with a fork, about 15 to 20 minutes.

Notes

For best results, use fresh salmon fillets and do not overcook to keep the fish moist and tender. You can serve with steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.
