Crispy, spicy buffalo cauliflower bites made in the air fryer for a healthier twist on a classic appetizer.

For the Crust:
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp melted butter or oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to create a batter.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, shaking off excess, and place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
- In a separate bowl, mix buffalo sauce and melted butter. Toss cooked cauliflower in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Return to air fryer for 2-3 minutes to set the sauce. Serve immediately.
