Description

Quick and easy cinnamon-spiced apples made in the air fryer for a warm, healthy dessert or snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium apples, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter or coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss apple slices with maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and melted butter until evenly coated.
  3. Place apples in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until tender and slightly caramelized.
  4. Serve warm as is or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
