For the Crust:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, whisk together orange marmalade, soy sauce, and minced garlic to create the sauce.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken, reduce heat to medium, and simmer for 10-12 minutes until chicken is cooked through and sauce has thickened slightly.
