Quick and flavorful sesame garlic ramen noodles ready in just 10 minutes.

For the Crust:

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles (seasoning packets discarded)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions (without seasoning packets). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.
  3. Toss the cooked noodles with the sauce until well coated.
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds, green onions, and red pepper flakes if desired.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes
